How to get started promoting Klick2Kall

Just as when you promote any product or service, you need to make contact with your prospects and get people interested in how the Klick2Kall service can benefit them. It's often just a matter of sending a simple e-mail or series of e-mails that include your affiliate link.

The more you use your link, the more sales you will make!

Our recommended marketing plan

It is our experience working with a large number of industries and target audiences that ideally you should make multiple contacts with your prospects over a period of time to build interest and recognition in the minds of the people you are selling to -- whether they are your current clients, newsletter subscribers or prospects.

But don't worry! We've worked hard to make this easier for you and have created a wide range of marketing materials to help you, along with guidance on how to implement these materials into your marketing plans.

Depending on how you prefer to communicate with your prospects, you can choose from a number of scenarios:

Sales Letter for Mailing

We strongly recommend moving forward with an e-mail campaign, first and foremost, supported if you wish by a direct mailing. In any case, it is helpful to include a page on your website promoting Klick2Kall's services for future reference and to direct your prospects to should they have further questions.

E-MAIL CAMPAIGN for your opt-in list or individual clients

The best way to get results is to contact your prospects several times and give them incentive to act now. As a result, we have developed an e-mail campaign for you.

Standard 5-step E-mail Campaign

This is a simple campaign to implement if you have e-mail addresses for your prospects (including your current clients). It is a series of 5 e-mails, each one designed to build upon the last, in order to build momentum in your target audience for purchasing Klick2Kall.

If you have the option, you can use your regular e-mail distribution program or autoresponder to send out these e-mails; otherwise, you can send them out to your individual clients using any e-mail program. Whenever possible, we recommend personalizing your e-mails because this typically boosts response rates significantly.

PLEASE NOTE: An e-mail promotion is NOT the same thing as spamming a list of prospects you have never been in contact with before. You are not allowed to send spam out using Klick2Kall's name or likeness for any reason. (Define spam so that I can make sure not to do it.)

Simply download the files, implement the small changes that require personalization on your end (such as your prospects' names, your company name and pricing info) and send them to your prospects on your opt-in list in the order listed. (What's an opt-in list?)

These e-mails are all ready to use as is. Whenever possible, we highly recommend that you customize these messages a little so that they sound like they're coming from you -- using your wording, etc.

The recommendations we have made for sending out these messages on a particular schedule are just guidelines. You know your clients better than we do, so you might have found that it's best not to e-mail them more than once a week. However, to build momentum, we strongly recommend not waiting more than about 5 business days between contacts to ensure maximum results from your campaign.

PLEASE NOTE: We have attempted to make these e-mails as easy as possible for you to send out. However, please note that you will need to make small changes and personalize certain information in these e-mails in order to get them ready to send. Please read all instructions at the top of each e-mail to ensure that you have made all necessary changes prior to sending.

SALES LETTER for your client list or other prospects

Would you like to send your prospects a direct mailing to promote Klick2Kall? Not only can this work well on its own -- it's also an excellent way to increase your response from an e-mail campaign. Simply send out the letter about 5 days after starting one of the e-mails above to your client list.
